A schedule of dates throughout March has been created for your annual assessments.  Please contact Maddie to schedule your appointment.

Appointments are available for the following dates in March at 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM.  First come, first serve.  If your last assessment was within the last 6 months, we will schedule you for dates later in the year.

As a reminder for our drivers 69 and older, our insurance company is requiring annual assessments for you to remain in our driver pool.  If you did not have an assessment in the last half of 2019, you need to schedule one asap.
