This is just a friendly reminder that you need to make sure you are placing your pre trip inspection reports into the mailboxes PRIOR to leaving out on your trip.  Pre trip inspection sheets are not valid if they were not placed into the mailbox prior to your trip.  There are 2 mailboxes you can utilize.  The original mailbox is hanging on the rail between the modular units.  The other mailbox is hanging on the fence next to the gate as you exit the property.

Please be sure to thoroughly inspect your coach and mark damages on that report before you leave.  If damage is found on the coach, and you did not mark it on your sheet, you will be held responsible for that damage.
