Don’t Be This Person-Make Sure You Are Getting Proper Rest!

In one of our recent quarterly training meetings, we talked about the importance of proper rest, and the way our body clocks work on a sleep cycle.  Nap for 20 minutes or less for a power nap, or plan naps and sleep in increments of 1.5 Hours.  This article out of West Virginia found in the link below is a reminder of not only the dangers of not getting proper rest.  It is also a black eye to not only the bus company, but to the motor coach industry as a whole.  Don’t let this be you!!!

Please keep in mind, getting proper rest is the most important safety practice you will develop.  Guard your sleep!!
